Nod: Focus & Fight Urges is built to help you put your phone face down, measure real focus, and notice pickups. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
Your sessions, pickups, goals, streaks, and labels are designed to stay on your device.
We do not sell your personal information or use your focus history for ad targeting.

Information Nod Stores On Your Device
Nod may store focus session details such as session labels, planned minutes, real focused minutes, pickup counts, focus score, daily goal, streaks, score trends, reminder preferences, and app settings.
This information is used to show your focus history, reports, streaks, and progress inside the app. It is designed to stay on your device unless we clearly introduce a feature that requires syncing and explain that change.
Motion And Device Data
Nod uses device motion and orientation signals to understand whether your phone is face down or picked up during a focus session. This is how Nod counts real focus and detects pickups.
Nod does not use motion data to identify you. Raw motion readings are not sold, used for advertising, or used to track you across apps or websites.
Purchases And Subscriptions
Nod Pro purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple. Apple may process payment details, subscription status, receipts, renewals, and cancellations according to Apple's own privacy practices.
Nod may use Superwall, our paywall and subscription infrastructure provider, to help present offers and understand whether Pro features should be unlocked. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Nod schedules local notifications to remind you to focus. You can turn reminders off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.
Diagnostics And Analytics
Nod may receive basic diagnostics, crash information, purchase events, or app performance information from Apple or service providers so we can keep the app working. Nod does not need your contacts, photos, messages, browsing history, or precise location to run.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only with service providers needed to operate the app, process purchases, provide support, comply with law, or protect the app from fraud and abuse.
Your Choices
You can delete local Nod data by deleting the app from your device. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. You can disable notifications in the app or iOS Settings.

Children
Nod is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as Nod changes. When we do, we will update the date above. Material changes will be reflected in this policy or in the app where appropriate.
